What is a bag?
1 bag = 1 Jolzt laundry bag (we provide it).
~6kg capacity — 25-30 everyday items.
The bag must close normally.
If it doesn't close, it counts as an extra bag. We confirm with a photo at pickup.

Bags washed separately, clean machines, standard detergents. No mixing with other customers.
What we don't handle
Delicates, leather, shoes, items needing dry-cleaning. Everyday clothes only.

No valuables inside (keys, cash, documents). We check, but you're responsible.

We operate by 1-hour windows. Running late? You get an updated ETA on WhatsApp.
